Volunteering with us means you'll have a great time, meet new people, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the festival: providing information to attendees and generally making sure everyone is happy and safe.

The great thing about volunteering is that there are so many different things to do on the day. Whether you have a particular interest or are keen to put your skills to use, there are a variety of ways to get stuck in.

We receive a high volume of volunteer applications and ask you bare the following points in mind before applying:
 

• The festival is from 10 am - 5 pm, but volunteers are required to arrive from 8 am. 

• We are unable to cover any travel or accommodation expenses, so ideally you will be based within the West Midlands in order to arrive at the venue no later than 8 am.

• There will be over 1000 attendees during the course of the day, all of whom will be members of the public. 

• All volunteers are covered under Asian Woman Festival's Public Liability Insurance
